Large Jobs and Expedited/Rush Work

For transcripts longer than 100 pages (or 50 pages for rush or expedited work), please send in increments of 25-50 pages so we can work simultaneously and reduce turnaround time.

Good communication is vital so that large jobs or immediate turnaround requests can be handled as efficiently as possible. You will be able to call or text me as needed once we start working together. Of course, I will also respond just as quickly to emails. My phone is always with me! When you receive a rush or expedited job, please check with me right away with your page count and due date to see if I’m available. As we build our working relationship it will help even more if you attach the job (or at least part of the job) to your request. Keeping me informed of your deadlines will allow me to do everything I can to accommodate you. If you’ve told me you’ll be sending a transcript and then you can’t for some reason, please let me know if or when you will be sending it so I can adjust my schedule. I will always send a confirmation email when you send work to me. If you don’t receive confirmation from me, I haven’t received it for some reason!


If you are a new client, I will read either 20 sample pages or the first 20 pages of the first job you send to me for free. If you’re happy with my work, you will receive a 25% discount on the remainder of the job (standard turnaround time)!

If you refer someone to me, you will receive a 15% discount on your next job (up to 100 pages/standard turnaround) after I receive payment from your referral’s first job. No limit on referrals!


For regular clients, invoices will be sent on the first of each month for the previous month’s work. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. There will be a 10% late fee added to invoices not paid within 30 days. New or one-time clients will be billed upon completion. Prompt payment is greatly appreciated.
